Chronology of cameras Kodak
The No. 2 Brownie was produced from 1901 to 1933. The large number of variations and its longevity make it a very common model, in its entirety, but a closer examination will allow to discover the variations.
This one is the first, in 1902, as an inscription inside indicates a patent in 1902. A label, badly cut, was added to the inside of the camera, to indicate that it is necessary to run the paper under the black mask that supports the label.
It is very simple, made of cardboard. The viewfinder and the lens are not rimmed as on later models. The clip on the back is similar to that on the first 1900 Brownies The film winding key is fixed.
This model is the first to use the format 120.
